Tina L. Brozman, former Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, and the mother of three, died on June 26th, 2007 at the age of 54, after a two year battle with ovarian cancer.
The Honorable Tina Brozman Foundation, a section 501(c)(3) charitable organization, was founded to fulfill Tina's Wish: to save women through an effective screen for ovarian cancer.
The Foundation supports
- research to discover an early and effective test for ovarian cancer
- awareness of the early warning signs of this deadly disease
